Meredith is an experienced Accredited Practising Dietitian who has worked across hospital and private practice settings in Australia and the United Kingdom. Her international experience has provided exposure to a diverse range of clinical conditions, healthcare systems, and cultural perspectives, strengthening her ability to deliver comprehensive, person-centred nutrition care.
With a special interest in paediatric nutrition and diabetes management, Meredith is dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate nutrition with confidence. She combines evidence-based practice with a practical, compassionate approach, ensuring recommendations are realistic, achievable, and tailored to each family's needs.
