What is PCOS?
Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) is a hormonal disorder affecting approximately one in ten women. Symptoms can include acne, irregular periods and weight gain. Those with PCOS are at an increased risk of health conditions such as insulin resistance, diabetes, sleep apnoea and high blood pressure. Our Dietitians can work with you to optimise you diet and health.
What is Endometriosis?
Endometriosis affects about one in seven women of reproductive age and is a condition where tissue that is similar to what lines the uterus, grows outside the uterus. Symptoms of Endometriosis can vary between individuals but it may cause painful periods, bloating and heavy menstruation. Emerging research suggests diet may play a role in assisting with symptom management.
