Denise is an Accredited Pracitising Dietitian and member of Dietitians Australia. She holds a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics from Monash University and a Graduate Certificate in Diabetes Education from Deakin University.As a Dietitian, Denise is experienced to help out with a range of nutrition issues. Whether you are looking to improve your cholesterol, prevent or manage diabetes, understand how to live with a food intolerance or just learn to eat foods that will nourish your body Denise can assist you achieve your health goals.
Denise accepts referrals for a range of conditions:
- Diabetes, Type 1, Type 2 and Gestational
- Carbohydrate counting for flexible insulin regimes
- Coeliac Disease
- Irritable Bowel Syndrome
- Swallowing difficulties in adults
- Adult malnutrition
- Cardiovascular Disease and Cholesterol Management
- Pre-diabetes and diabetes prevention
- Weight management
- Digestive concerns (e.g reflux, altered bowel habits)
